Ken has called PEI home for the past 25 years, moving here as a child to where his father was born, his
Island lineage dates all the way back to the 1800s. After high school he completed a portion of his post-
secondary education off-island before returning to the Island and going to UPEI. Currently, he resides in
Stanhope with his family and has been raising his two children there, together with his partner. Their
daughter is attending UPEI while their son intends on joining the RCMP once eligible. Ken loves
spending his free time with them enjoying the outdoors on PEI's pristine beaches and serene landscapes.
From a young age Ken has been a part of PEI's booming Tourism sector and now has over 20 years
experience in that industry. Everything from food service to accommodations, building maintenance and
renovation to customer service and management...he has done a little bit of everything in the field. His
property maintenance experience was the perfect segue into his Real Estate career and allows him to help
his clients see the true condition of a home and what to look for before ever getting a home inspector
involved.
His management and rental experience has created a perfect niche for him within PEI's real
estate market too. He has sold and helped clients manage everything from small summer cottages to large,
multi-unit commercial cottage operations. Ken has been helping clients buy, sell & manage all types real
estate on PEI since 2015 and puts a high emphasis on customer satisfaction and dedication as he believes
in quality of service above all else.
