Greg Lipton

Greg Lipton is a self-starter with 20 years experience in real estate. He was the owner/Broker of Blue Ocean Real Estate for 12 years before merging his company with Northern Lights Realty.

Greg has sat on the Board of Directors of PEIREA for 12 years chairing most of the committees and held positions of secretary, President and Past President for 2 year terms in each position. He still sits as a volunteer on the Discipline Committee.

 Greg grew up in Charlottetown before leaving for 26 years living in Toronto, New York City and Miami where he got married and the couple had a son. He then moved back to PEI, the safest place in the world to raise a family.  Greg supported both of his children through their many activities and volunteered to coach his son’s hockey team through his hockey career. Family has always held top priority for Greg, shows in his work as well. 

He has a long history of first time home buyers as well as commercial development. Greg is a well rounded realtor that treats all of his clients like family. His knowledge and wisdom in real estate is invaluable and his approachable demeanor is his greatest asset.
