Getting Licensed

Getting licensed is the first step towards your real estate career. Our brokerage provides guidance and support as you navigate the licensing process. As educational and regulatory requirements vary by province, make sure you find out what is required for you. To become a licensed real estate agent, you must:

Successfully complete the courses through our provincial real estate association, which includes a mandatory pre-licensing course
Submit an application to your provincial licensing body, along with sponsorship from a licensed real estate broker (i.e offer of employment)
Maintain your license by completing additional courses as required.
